Some building projects lend themselves to packaging under the control of a construction manager. Such projects often comprise the refurbishment of existing ongoing operations where there is a relatively low value of main contractors' work and involvement. Construction management has the beneficial effect of avoiding highpreliminary and general costs, plus unwarranted mark-ups on sub-contractors who constitute the bulk of the work.

In view of SIP's hands-on, project-driven approach, we are in the unique position of offering construction management - the management of on-site construction activity - on selected projects in appropriate circumstances, effecting meaningful savings in time and money.
