SUSTAINABILITY

SIP has made an enduring commitment to environmental principles in its business operations and are committed to supporting this where and whenever possible without compromising any project designs. We are a socially sustainable organization as we encourage education in our communities by training our employees and offer internships to younger members of the community.

We are members of the Green Building Council of South Africa and in order to comply with certain Clients requirements in SA and funding we have a track record in the verification of the American LEED compliances as well. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards were developed by the US Green Building Council in an effort to propel green building design in the United States.
